19:00Dusk
The ward goes quiet at night. Patients don't.
Tégo captures all five vital signs a nurse collects at the bedside, at an interval the care team sets.
Wireless. Connected. Monitoring.
23:00Inside the ward
Still by hand, bed by bed.
Vital signs are still collected one bed at a time. It is the same 1970s workflow taking time, requiring equipment sterilization and risking cross-contamination.
That's 2hrs+ of nursing time per 8hr shift
01:10–03:00The gap
A patient can change between rounds.
Hours can pass between when deterioration begins and when it is detected.
01:10. One patient begins to change. The next round is at 03:00.
02:00What gets missed
The vital signs that predict deterioration are the ones other patches skip.
In a published two-hospital study of a patch that tracks resting heart rate, respiration, skin temperature and activity, most deterioration events it did not flag were ICU transfers for low oxygen or low blood pressure. Heart rate and breathing showed no significant change.1
Oxygen and blood pressure are the two that trigger rapid response calls, and the two hardest to capture from a patch.
Tégo captures all five.

03:00With Tégo
All five vital signs, at configurable intervals.
A single-use adhesive patch on the chest, applied in seconds. Tégo captures all five vital signs a nurse measures at the bedside. Including cuffless blood pressure and true body temperature.

- SpO₂
- Respiration Rate
- Body Temperature
- Pulse Rate

Odin · AI clinical decision support
Tégo captures.
Odin analyzes & predicts.
Tégo+Odin is an embedded intelligence layer.
It vanishes into the existing workflow, streaming vitals and insights into the systems care teams already use. Nothing new to log into, no screens to learn.
- Outside the patient-specific threshold
- Fixed-threshold alarms fade out
- The real change stays lit
11:00Discharge
With the patient, from hospital to home.
Tégo+Odin works on the ward and after the patient leaves it.
It supports Hospital@Home and post-discharge programs.
19:00Home
At home, readings still arrive in the same chart.
EHR-compatible structured data goes into the systems the care team already uses. Indispensable to the workflow, with nothing new to log into and no adoption curve.
